Aftermarket replacement Force Touch trackpad (touchpad) assembly for the 14-inch MacBook Pro. This is an iPartsleader replacement part. It is not a genuine Apple part and it is not sold by or affiliated with Apple.
Please check the model number on the underside of your MacBook before ordering. It is printed in small type on the bottom case and begins with the letter A. This part is listed for A3434 only. A 14-inch trackpad from an earlier generation (A2442, A2779, A2918, A2992, A3112, A3401) is a different part, and 13-inch and 16-inch trackpads are different again. If your A-number is not A3434, this is not the right part for your machine.
The manufacturer's kit for this part is also listed as containing the trackpad flex cable, mounting screws, brackets and a cleaning cloth. A ribbon cable is visible inside the sealed anti-static bag alongside the trackpad. The screws, brackets and cloth were not visible in the photographs taken of this unit and we are not able to confirm they are present, so please buy on the basis of the trackpad and the tool packet only.

This is a bare replacement component intended for experienced repair work. Fitting a MacBook Pro trackpad involves removing the bottom case, disconnecting the battery and working with a fine flex connector. If you are not comfortable with that, please have a technician fit it.
