BOKYWOX 1.5" SUS304 Tri Clamp Sanitary Butterfly Valve with Single-Acting Pneumatic Actuator

Sanitary tri clamp butterfly valve in SUS 304 stainless steel with a single-acting (spring return) pneumatic actuator. Air opens the valve and the internal spring returns it to its default position automatically when air pressure is removed.

Sizing - please read before ordering

Sanitary fittings are sized by the TUBE, not by the clamp band, and the two numbers are different. On this valve the 1.5 in / DN 38 figure is the tube size and bore the valve is built for. The tri clamp ends are the standard 1.5 in sanitary ferrule, whose flange measures about 50.5 mm (1.984 in) across the outside - so it mates with the clamps and gaskets that are sold as "1.5 inch tri clamp", not with a clamp whose band measures 1.5 in.

One more detail worth checking: the bore is specified metric as DN 38 (38.0 mm), which is a fraction under the 38.1 mm outside diameter of US 1.5 in sanitary tubing. The ferrule flange and clamp size are the same either way, so it still clamps up, but if you are joining it to US 1.5 in tube expect a very slight step at the joint. No clamps or gaskets are supplied with this valve unless they appear in the photos.
